In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "ph361," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the ph361 platform and its operating entity.
• "Platform" means the ph361 website accessible at ph361.club, including all associated pages, features, games, and services.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the ph361 Platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by you on the ph361 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in your ph361 Account at any given time, including real-money funds and bonus funds where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or bonus amounts credited to your Account pursuant to a ph361 promotion, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it or associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

By accessing or using the ph361 Platform in any manner — including browsing, registering an Account, making a deposit, or placing a wager — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you are accessing the ph361 Platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms & Conditions.

ph361 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically.

To register and use the ph361 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines as prescribed under applicable PAGCOR regulations.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-individual legal persons may not register as players.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of ph361, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by ph361 or by any applicable regulatory authority.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

ph361 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable period may result in suspension or closure of your Account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements set out in this section. Any misrepresentation of eligibility constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

To access the full range of ph361 services, you must register a player Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration:

• One Account Per Person: Each player is permitted to hold only one Account on the ph361 Platform. The registration of multiple Accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. ph361 relies on this information for identity verification, payment processing, and regulatory compliance purposes.
• Account Updates: You are responsible for keeping your Account information up to date. Any changes to your personal details must be promptly updated through your Account settings or by contacting ph361 support.
• Verification: ph361 may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process at any time, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or when required by applicable law or regulation. KYC documents may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Account Approval: ph361 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

ph361 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to provide accurate registration information or to keep your Account details current.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your ph361 Account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number.

• You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your Account.
• You must notify ph361 support immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorization.
• ph361 strongly recommends enabling all available security features on your Account, including SMS OTP verification and trusted device management.

ph361 will not be liable for any losses, damages, or unauthorized transactions resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether authorized by you or not — will be deemed to have been conducted by you, unless you have notified ph361 of unauthorized access prior to such activity occurring.

ph361 reserves the right to suspend or lock any Account that it reasonably suspects has been compromised, pending investigation and identity re-verification.

ph361 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, consistent with Philippine payment regulations:

• E-Wallets: GCash, PayMaya / Maya
• Bank Transfer: BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank
• Debit Card

The following payment methods are not accepted on the ph361 Platform: cryptocurrency of any kind, and credit card deposits for gambling purposes, which are prohibited under applicable Philippine regulations.

All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following general conditions apply:

• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your Account dashboard.
• ph361 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours during business hours. Bank transfers may take one to three business days.
• ph361 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may impose its own transaction fees, for which ph361 accepts no responsibility.

ph361 reserves the right to reverse, suspend, or withhold any deposit or withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

ph361 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. ph361 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds are tracked separately within your Account. Real-money funds are used first in all wagering activity unless otherwise specified.
• ph361 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering requirements already in progress at the time of cancellation will be honoured.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to multi-accounting, collusion, exploitation of software errors, or any other conduct designed to circumvent wagering requirements — is strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent Account suspension.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless ph361 expressly states otherwise in the relevant promotion terms.

ph361's decision on all bonus and promotion matters is final and binding. Players who have questions about a specific promotion are encouraged to contact ph361 support before accepting the offer.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph361 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of Account balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under your own name or any alias.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or are otherwise ineligible under these Terms & Conditions.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or any other method of circumventing geographic restrictions.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, match-fixing, or use of automated software (bots) to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to ph361 support immediately.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward ph361 staff or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the ph361 Platform or its underlying software.
• Selling, transferring, or otherwise dealing in your ph361 Account or Account balance.

All content on the ph361 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the property of ph361 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ph361 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms & Conditions.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the ph361 Platform without the prior written consent of ph361, except as permitted by applicable law or as expressly authorised in these Terms & Conditions.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide to ph361 regarding the Platform may be used by ph361 without restriction or compensation to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ph361 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the ph361 Platform.

Without limiting the foregoing, ph361 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorized access to your Account caused by your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game or service offered thereon.
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in Platform content, game results, or odds.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.
• Any technical failures, including server downtime, connectivity issues, or software errors, that affect your ability to place wagers or access your Account.

ph361's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude ph361's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

ph361 takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. The following tools and resources are available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your Account at any time through your Account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: You may configure session time reminders that will notify you when you have been playing for a specified period.
• Self-Exclusion: You may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the ph361 Platform at any time by contacting ph361 support. During a self-exclusion period, your Account will be suspended and you will not be permitted to register a new Account.
• Reality Checks: The Platform provides periodic on-screen reminders of the time elapsed during your gaming session.

ph361 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from you or a regulatory authority.
• Any other reason that ph361 deems necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform or the interests of other players.

Upon termination of your Account for cause, ph361 reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Funds and associated winnings. Real-money balances will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements, subject to ph361's right to withhold funds pending investigation of suspected prohibited conduct.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting ph361 support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable period, and any verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

ph361 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ph361 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an on-Platform notification. The revised Terms & Conditions will be effective from the date indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the ph361 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 12.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions regularly. ph361 recommends that you check this page each time you access the Platform to ensure you are aware of the current terms.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the ph361 Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. You may initiate this process by contacting ph361 support with a written description of your complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint, either party may submit the dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Nothing in this section shall prevent ph361 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of these Terms & Conditions, which shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms & Conditions, together with the ph361 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ph361 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
